Jeanette Wagoner came to work for Sharon Rae Deacon, Ph.D. & Associates in 1982. She has had a successful and lengthy career in the field. She had been an office manager for many years before that. We never discuss our ages, however.

Clients who call in to handle billing questions or insurance claims will always find a cheerful and quick response from Jeanette.

So much for the official part of this resume. The important thing to note is that Jeanette is a valued and dear friend. She sees things to do without asking. She streamlines the work as much as possible. She covers my mistakes when it can be done. When Y2K caused us headaches she faced the dreaded computer and spent numerous extra hours getting things in order. All of that makes her a fantastic office manager but it is her friendship I truly value.

When it is time to put on "Pumpkin Alley" for the children on Halloween she is there lighting one hundred pumpkins on the drive way, Monster Cookies at Christmas, Fireworks on the 4th of July. An added bonus is when your friend wears the same shoe size!!! Perfect shoes for the new outfit without even asking.. The list could go on I assure you.

Jeanette smiles when she saysI "Do you mind if I finish one project before you interrupt me with five other ideas?" When that doesn't work she says: "Sharon!!! Go to your office and stay there for 20 minutes."
